Augmeta, a Redmond, Washington-based AI startup, raised $3 million in seed funding led by Depth Ventures. The round also included Next Wave NYC, which is backed by Flybridge, along with investments made through the Index Ventures and Sequoia Capital scout programs. The financing was publicly reported on September 23, 2026.

Augmeta was founded by Salman Jamali, Arslan Jamali and Nitin Bhaskaran. The company develops what it calls an Agentic KPI Ops platform, which assigns AI Operators to business key performance indicators. The software is designed to continuously monitor metrics, validate data, investigate changes, identify opportunities and help execute actions across enterprise systems within defined guardrails.

The platform is focused on helping businesses move from monitoring performance data to acting on changes and opportunities. Depending on the permissions set by customers, Augmeta’s Operators can act autonomously, request approval or escalate decisions that require human judgment.

Tractor Supply is among the companies using Augmeta. The startup’s system works across more than 100 KPIs in the retailer’s e-commerce operations, investigating performance changes and surfacing information for business reviews and follow-up actions.

Augmeta plans to use the seed funding to simplify deployment, expand the number of KPIs its platform can cover and increase the range of actions its AI Operators can execute and verify.
