Taiwan-based AI computing infrastructure company KONST has raised $30 million in Series B funding, led by ADATA Technology, with strategic participation from M Mobility, Pegatron Venture Capital and other corporate investors.
The funding will support KONST’s plans to expand AI data center infrastructure across Asia and advance its Token Factory strategy, which combines computing capacity, cloud services and enterprise AI usage management into an integrated offering.
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Taipei, KONST was co-founded by chairman Ben Chang and CEO Avery Tsai. The company provides AI computing infrastructure and services to enterprises, developers, research institutions and international partners.
KONST operates through its One KONST ecosystem, which brings together three complementary business platforms.
Konstra AI provides AI data center development and operations services, including facility construction, electrical and cooling infrastructure, GPU cluster configuration and ongoing maintenance.
Glows.ai operates a GPU cloud platform that allows enterprises and developers to access computing resources on demand, with per-second billing.
Horizon AI focuses on enterprise AI adoption and model governance. Its (k) ATP Token platform provides access to authorized AI models while managing usage permissions, quotas, budgets and activity records.
Together, these services connect physical AI infrastructure with cloud-based computing and enterprise AI applications.
KONST intends to direct part of its new funding toward expanding Konstra AI’s data center development capacity across Asia. The company also plans to strengthen its cloud and AI governance services as it develops its Token Factory model, which treats computing infrastructure as production capacity and AI tokens as its output.
The Series B follows an earlier strategic investment of $3 million from ADATA Technology as part of KONST’s Series A fundraising in 2026.
