New York-based fintech Ramp has reportedly secured approximately $1.85 billion in financing co-led by Dragoneer Investment Group and Thrive Capital, with Founders Fund participating. The transaction values the company at $60 billion before the new capital.

Ramp, a New York-based financial technology company, has reportedly raised approximately $1.85 billion in a funding round at a $60 billion pre-money valuation.

According to a Bloomberg report published on October 9, 2026, the financing was co-led by Dragoneer Investment Group and Thrive Capital, with additional participation from Founders Fund. The reported valuation excludes the new capital raised. Ramp declined to comment on the transaction.

Founded in 2019 by Eric Glyman and Karim Atiyeh, Ramp provides a financial operations platform that combines corporate cards, expense management, bill payments, procurement, accounting automation and financial reporting tools. Its products help businesses manage spending and automate finance workflows.

Glyman and Atiyeh serve as co-CEOs of the company, having formally adopted the joint leadership structure in June 2026.

Ramp has also been expanding its use of artificial intelligence across its financial operations products. Its offerings include AI-powered finance automation, spending controls and tools designed to help businesses monitor and manage AI-related expenditure.

The reported financing follows a $750 million funding round in June 2026 that valued Ramp at $44 billion. At the time, the company reported serving more than 70,000 businesses, while its annualized revenue had exceeded $1.5 billion, according to Bloomberg.

The latest reported transaction would represent another substantial capital raise for Ramp as it continues developing its financial software and AI capabilities for business customers.
