London-based experience commerce platform Easol has raised $30 million in a Series A extension, comprising $20 million in equity financing and a $10 million debt facility.
The equity investment came from Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Foundation Capital, FMZ Ventures, Notion Capital and Eight Roads, while Viola Credit provided the debt facility. The latest financing brings Easol’s total funding to $60 million, including debt.
Launched in 2021 by co-founders Ben Simpson and Lisa Simpson, Easol provides an integrated commerce platform for businesses operating festivals, wellness retreats, sports experiences, adventure activities and entertainment venues.
The platform enables businesses to manage bookings, payments, marketing, customer support and guest information through a connected system. It also allows operators to sell experiences through their own branded websites while maintaining control over customer relationships and business data.
The funding accompanies the launch of Teammates, Easol’s agentic AI product designed to automate sales, customer support and operational workflows. The AI agents operate within the existing Easol platform and use business data to respond to enquiries, assist with bookings, identify additional sales opportunities and support operational tasks.
According to the company, businesses using Easol have served 2.8 million guests across more than 135 countries so far in 2026.
Easol’s customer base includes event and entertainment brands such as Coachella, Stagecoach, Boots in the Park, Defected, Snowboxx, Afro Nation and Swingers.
The latest financing and launch of Teammates extend Easol’s existing platform with AI-based capabilities for businesses managing and selling live experiences.
