Hong Kong-based Omnichat has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures.

The company announced the financing on October 27, 2026, and plans to use the capital to expand its AI-powered customer experience platform, strengthen research and development for its Omni AI Agents, and support international expansion.

Founded in 2017 by Alan Chan, Omnichat provides an AI-powered customer relationship management platform that helps businesses manage marketing, sales and customer support through messaging channels. Its software brings customer interactions from WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk and TikTok into a unified system.

In 2026, Omnichat introduced its Omni AI Agents suite, designed to automate customer-facing business activities. The suite includes an AI Marketing Agent that creates customer segments and messaging campaigns, an AI Sales Agent that recommends products and facilitates purchases within conversations, and an AI Customer Service Agent that handles customer enquiries.

The company also introduced OmniClaw, an AI business analytics tool that monitors customer behaviour, messaging trends and revenue attribution across sales channels.

According to Omnichat, approximately 300 brands adopted OmniClaw within two months of its June 2026 launch. The company also reported that adoption of its AI Marketing Agent tripled over the same period.

Omnichat says its platform serves more than 5,000 brands globally, including Dyson, FILA, Watsons, L’OCCITANE, VF Corporation, SMCP and Mead Johnson.

Before the latest financing, Omnichat had disclosed an $800,000 investment from AppWorks Ventures and a $1.8 million Pre-A funding round.

The new investment will support further development and deployment of Omnichat’s AI agents while extending its business operations beyond its established Asia-Pacific markets.
