Pune-based healthtech company Clinics On Cloud raised ₹120 crore in a Series A funding round from Dubai-based healthcare investment platform Model42, at a valuation of ₹600 crore. The funding, announced on October 26, 2026, marked the company’s first institutional investment following eight years of bootstrapped operations.
Founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal and Manashrri Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud develops technology-enabled healthcare infrastructure designed to make preventive screenings and primary healthcare services available outside traditional hospitals and diagnostic centres.
The company’s product portfolio includes Health ATMs, AI-enabled Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units. These systems integrate point-of-care diagnostic equipment, digital health records, AI-assisted health insights and telemedicine services to support healthcare delivery in workplaces, communities and institutional settings.
Clinics On Cloud serves government organisations, hospitals, defence establishments and corporate customers. Its screening solutions are designed to facilitate routine health assessments and connect patients with healthcare professionals through digital platforms.
According to the company, it has deployed more than 3,500 installations, conducted over 12 million health screenings and established a presence in more than eight countries.
The Series A investment will support Clinics On Cloud’s international expansion, initially focusing on the United Arab Emirates, followed by Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.
The company also plans to allocate funding towards AI-driven diagnostics, research and development, international regulatory compliance, manufacturing capacity expansion and the development of a global network of technology-enabled microclinics.
Model42 is a Dubai-based healthcare investment platform co-founded by Timur Kudratov, Dr. Aida Sheikhaliyeva and Dr. Raees Tonse. The platform supports healthcare businesses through investment, clinical expertise and international commercial expansion.
The funding will allow Clinics On Cloud to expand its healthcare technology operations and develop additional screening infrastructure across its targeted international markets.
