AI-powered shopping platform Glance has secured a strategic investment from L Catterton. The investment will support its expansion in the US, where its services are available across smartphones and connected TVs.

Bengaluru-based AI shopping platform Glance has received a strategic investment from L Catterton, a global consumer-focused investment firm. The transaction was announced on October 26, 2026, with the investment amount and other financial terms remaining undisclosed.

The investment will support Glance’s continued expansion, particularly in the United States. L Catterton plans to contribute its consumer industry expertise, operational capabilities and global network to help the company expand its reach.

Founded in 2019 by Naveen Tewari, Piyush Shah, Mohit Saxena and Abhay Singhal, Glance is backed by technology company InMobi. Tewari serves as the company’s Founder and CEO.

Glance operates an AI-powered personal shopping platform that uses agentic AI and generative AI to deliver personalised product recommendations. Its technology analyses consumer interests and preferences to help users discover products across smartphones, connected televisions and other digital platforms.

The company originally focused on delivering content through smartphone lock screens before expanding into AI-powered commerce. Its platform now aims to connect product discovery with shopping and purchasing experiences across different devices.

Glance has established partnerships with Samsung, Motorola and DIRECTV, making its platform available on millions of devices across the United States, according to the company’s announcement.

The company also counts Google, Jio Platforms and Mithril Capital among its existing backers.

L Catterton’s investment adds another institutional investor to Glance as the company develops its AI-powered shopping services and expands its presence in international markets.
