Parallel Loop, a Singapore-headquartered enterprise artificial intelligence company with operations in Bengaluru, has raised $6.6 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital. The round also saw participation from Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures, Economic Development Innovations Singapore (EDIS), and individual investors including Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah, and former Singapore Economic Development Board chairman Philip Yeo.
Founded in June 2026 by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, Parallel Loop helps mid-sized and large enterprises integrate AI into their existing technology infrastructure, business processes, and organisational knowledge.
The company combines its enterprise AI platform with forward-deployed engineers who work directly with client teams to implement automated workflows, modernise legacy systems, and develop custom applications.
Parallel Loop’s offering consists of three components: AI Enablement, which helps organisations identify applications for AI and develop adoption strategies; AI Stack, a modular platform connecting enterprise systems with organisational context; and Software Factory, which uses engineers and AI agents to develop applications and upgrade existing software.
The AI Stack supports deployments within customers’ private cloud infrastructure or on-premises environments, allowing organisations to manage data residency and access controls. It also supports multiple AI model providers, including open-weight models.
Parallel Loop announced its formal launch alongside the funding round. The company reported a workforce of 30 across Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London, and Dubai, serving more than 10 enterprise clients. Its customers include Licious and Havells in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand.
Before establishing Parallel Loop, Jogani and Chean co-founded Thai insurtech company FairDee, which was subsequently acquired by Qoala. Jogani served as Group Chief Technology Officer at Qoala, while Chean held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer.
The funding will support Parallel Loop’s expansion of its enterprise AI capabilities and engineering operations as it develops its presence across international markets.
