Tallinn-based fintech Creem has raised €5 million in seed funding led by Inovo VC. Existing investors Practica Capital and Antler also participated, alongside angel investors Markus Villig, Timmu Tõke and Kaspar Tiri of Ready Player Me, Adam Jafer of Voi, and Fryd Wiatrowski of Viktor.com.
Creem was founded by Gabriel Ferraz and Alec Erasmus, both Google and Adyen alumni. The company provides billing and monetization infrastructure for software businesses selling internationally. Its platform combines payments, tax compliance, invoicing, payouts, affiliate management, revenue splits, usage-based billing and analytics. Creem operates as a merchant of record and says its infrastructure supports sales across more than 190 countries.
The company announced the funding alongside Creem 2.0, an expanded version of its platform that includes custom-domain checkout, usage-based billing, prepaid credit wallets and tools that allow AI agents to interact with billing and store operations through APIs, a command-line interface and Model Context Protocol integrations.
Creem plans to use the financing to expand Creem 2.0 and further develop agent-operated billing and monetization workflows, growth and revenue tools, and its global compliance and payout infrastructure. The company says the latest round brings its total funding to €7 million.
