Daptic, a New York-based product compliance software company, has raised $15 million in Series A financing led by Canvas Ventures, with participation from IA Ventures, 8VC and other investors. The round brings the company’s total funding to $22 million.
Founded in 2023 by Baptiste Bouvier and Hannah Collins, Daptic develops product compliance lifecycle management software for manufacturers. Bouvier serves as co-founder and CEO, while Collins is co-founder and CTO. The company was previously known as DiploAI before rebranding as Daptic in March 2026.
Daptic’s platform is designed to integrate regulatory requirements into product development. It gives regulatory, legal, engineering and other product teams a shared system for identifying applicable rules, assessing their impact, translating them into product requirements and coordinating compliance work throughout development.
The company said the new capital will support larger deployments spanning customers’ product portfolios and further investment in research and development. As part of the financing, Rebecca Lynn, co-founder and managing director at Canvas Ventures, and Brad Gillespie, co-founder and general partner at IA Ventures, will join Daptic’s board of directors.
