Osavul branding for its AI-driven hybrid risk intelligence platform.
Luxembourg-based Osavul has raised approximately $10 million in Series A funding led by 33N Ventures, with Balnord, G+D Ventures and 42CAP participating.

Osavul, a Luxembourg-headquartered hybrid risk intelligence company, has raised €8.5 million, approximately $10 million, in a Series A round led by 33N Ventures. Balnord, G+D Ventures and existing investor 42CAP also participated. The company said the round brings its total funding to approximately €12 million.

Founded in 2022 by Dmytro Plieshakov and Dmytro Bilash, Osavul develops AI-powered risk intelligence technology for identifying hostile activity across information, cyber and physical domains. Plieshakov serves as Co-Founder and CEO, while Bilash is Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer.

The platform analyses open and privileged data to identify potential hostile intent and map risks against an organisation’s people, facilities and supply chains. According to the company, assessments are evidence-traced and reviewed by analysts, while the platform can also operate within sovereign infrastructure so sensitive information remains within customer systems. Osavul also supports the Brandwatch-Blackbird.AI consortium selected to deliver NATO’s Information Environment Assessment Capability.

Osavul says its technology is used by government, defence and security organisations across more than 10 countries. The company plans to use the new capital to expand further into enterprises and critical infrastructure operators while continuing its work with government and defence customers. Osavul reported traction across sectors including defence, energy, transport and financial services.
