London-based venture capital firm DIG Ventures has closed Fund III at $120 million, approximately €106 million, to invest in pre-seed and seed-stage startups building enterprise AI, B2B software and cloud infrastructure. The fund is expected to back around 30 companies, with DIG focusing on technical founders across Europe and Israel.
Disclosed institutional investors in the fund include Horsley Bridge Partners, Sofina, Hillman and Granite. DIG has also brought technology founders and executives into its LP base, including Slack co-founder Cal Henderson, Datadog co-founder Olivier Pomel, Nord Security founders Tomas Okmanas and Eimantas Sabaliauskas, and Dash0 founder Mirko Novakovic.
Fund III will focus on infrastructure supporting AI-native enterprise software, including areas such as data, identity, compliance and orchestration. DIG intends to lead most of the rounds it participates in and has already begun deploying capital from the new fund. The firm’s broader approach also includes helping portfolio companies with go-to-market, sales and expansion from Europe into the US.
DIG Ventures was founded by Ross Mason, who previously founded enterprise integration company MuleSoft. Salesforce completed its acquisition of MuleSoft in 2018 after agreeing to a transaction valued at approximately $6.5 billion. Mason leads DIG alongside general partners Melissa Klinger and Rytis Vitkauskas.
The new vehicle follows DIG’s $100 million Fund II, which the firm announced in 2025 as its first institutional fund. Fund II continued DIG’s strategy of investing at the earliest stages in B2B software, AI and cloud infrastructure companies.
