Supabase has raised $150 million in new funding led by GIC, with participation from CapitalG, IronArc Ventures and Square Peg. The financing was announced on October 2, 2026, four months after the company closed its Series F round.

Founded in 2020 by Paul Copplestone and Ant Wilson, Supabase develops an open-source Postgres platform for application developers. Its backend platform includes Postgres databases, authentication, storage, edge functions, real-time subscriptions and vector search, alongside integrations with third-party developer tools.

The new financing will support Supabase’s product development around databases designed for agent-driven workloads and will also provide liquidity for employees. Alongside the fundraising announcement, Supabase said it is acquiring Turso, a database platform focused on infrastructure that can support large numbers of databases for AI agents and other workloads.

Supabase previously raised a $500 million Series F in June 2026 at a $10 billion pre-money valuation. That round was also led by GIC.
