Fleuret AI cybersecurity platform branding representing its €4 million pre-seed financing announcement.
Fleuret AI has raised €4 million in pre-seed financing led by RAISE Ventures to expand its AI-powered platform for continuous penetration testing.

Paris-based cybersecurity startup Fleuret AI has raised €4 million in pre-seed financing led by RAISE Ventures, with participation from Auriga Cyber Ventures, Wind Capital, Better Angle and business angels from the cybersecurity industry. The company announced the financing on October 5, 2026.

PE Magazine reported that the financing comprised €3 million from investors and a €1 million R&D loan from Bpifrance. Fleuret AI’s announcement describes the overall €4 million package as its pre-seed round.

Fleuret AI was founded by Yanis Grigy, CEO, and Augustin Ponsin, CTO. The company is developing an offensive security platform that uses AI agents to automate penetration testing and move security testing from periodic assessments towards continuous monitoring.

Its platform uses AI agents called Emile and Champollion to map applications, APIs and infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities and test whether those vulnerabilities can be exploited. Fleuret also provides proof-of-compromise evidence and is developing remediation workflows that include vulnerability prioritisation, engineering-tool integrations and automated re-testing after fixes are made.

The company said the financing will support hiring across AI, software engineering and offensive security, as well as further development of the platform. Fleuret currently names Brevo, Stoïk and Yogosha among its customers.
