Konsileo has secured £5 million in equity funding from Committed Capital and ACF Investors to support hiring, technology investment and continued expansion.

Konsileo, a UK commercial insurance broker, has raised £5 million in equity funding led by Committed Capital, with participation from ACF Investors. The financing will support the company’s continued growth, including recruitment and further investment in its proprietary broking technology.

Konsileo provides commercial insurance broking and risk-management services to businesses across the UK. Its technology platform is designed to automate administrative work, embed compliance checks and improve the quality of risk information captured by brokers.

The company was co-founded by CEO John Warburton and Peter Henderson, who serves as co-founder and chief operating officer. Konsileo operates a technology-enabled broking model intended to give brokers greater autonomy while supporting insurance placement, compliance and client servicing through its internal systems.

Konsileo now employs more than 220 people and arranges more than £85 million in annual insurance premiums for businesses in the UK.

The latest financing follows an £8 million debt and equity fundraise announced in November 2024 involving Committed Capital, ACF Investors and Growth Lending. Konsileo had previously completed a £4.7 million Series A round in 2022 led by Committed Capital.
