Locus Robotics has raised $41.6 million from existing investors as part of a Series G financing. CEO Rick Faulk told Axios Pro that the warehouse robotics company had secured the capital as the round approached its close. Backers include Tiger Global Management, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, G2 Venture Partners and Scale Venture Partners.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its global supply chain and manufacturing capabilities, accelerate engineering work on its multi-robot orchestration software, and support commercial expansion across European and Asian logistics markets.

Based in Wilmington, Massachusetts, Locus Robotics develops autonomous mobile robots and software for warehouse and fulfillment operations. Its LocusONE platform coordinates robots, workers and workflows, while its product portfolio includes collaborative robots and the Locus Array system for autonomous warehouse fulfillment.

Locus Robotics was co-founded by Bruce Welty and Michael Johnson and is led by CEO Rick Faulk. The company previously announced a $117 million Series F round in November 2022, led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and G2 Venture Partners.
