Noah has raised $16 million in a seed extension led by Endeit Capital, bringing its seed round to $38 million. FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital and a group of angel investors also participated in the extension.
The London-based company is led by founder and CEO Shah Ramezani and co-founder and President Thijn Lamers. Noah provides payments infrastructure that connects stablecoin settlement with local payment rails, allowing businesses to move money across borders. The company says its network is live in more than 150 markets and supports more than 60 currencies.
Noah plans to use the new capital to expand its regulatory footprint, recruit engineering and compliance specialists, deepen connections with local payment rails in its higher-volume markets and expand in the United States, including opening an office in New York.
The extension follows Noah’s $22 million seed financing announced in June 2025. That financing included backing from LocalGlobe, Felix Capital, FJ Labs and angel investors.
