Stuut has raised $52.5 million in Series B funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, and Activant Capital. The financing brings the New York-based company’s total funding to $93 million.
Stuut develops an AI-powered order-to-cash platform for enterprise finance teams. Its software handles workflows including order management, collections, cash application, payments, disputes and deductions, connecting with existing enterprise finance systems to automate work from customer orders through payment collection.
The company said more than 150 businesses now use its platform and more than $3 billion has moved through Stuut. It also reported that customers have reduced days sales outstanding by 47% while freeing up as much as 40% more cash flow.
Stuut plans to use the Series B capital to address customer demand and extend its platform further into transaction financial infrastructure, including credit, lending and funds movement. The round follows a $29.5 million Series A announced in November 2025 and led by Andreessen Horowitz.
