Gurugram-based Seeds Fincap has raised over ₹100 crore in a Series B led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, with Z47, Lok Capital, Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital participating.

Seeds Fincap has raised more than ₹100 crore, approximately $10.4 million, in a Series B funding round led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Existing investors Z47 and Lok Capital participated in the round alongside Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital.

The Gurugram-based non-banking financial company plans to use the fresh capital to expand into new markets and strengthen its branch network, technology, people and risk-management capabilities. Seeds Fincap provides financing to nano enterprises and underserved micro, small and medium businesses in India, using cash-flow-based assessments to evaluate borrowers.

Seeds Fincap was established by Subhash Chandra Acharya and Avishek Sarkar. The company operates as an RBI-registered NBFC and offers financing to small businesses that may have limited access to conventional bank credit. Its loan products typically range from ₹50,000 to ₹10 lakh.

As of August 2026, Seeds Fincap reported assets under management of ₹722 crore and a network of 164 branches. The company disbursed around ₹620 crore during FY26 and is targeting ₹1,000 crore in assets under management by March 2027.

The Series B follows a ₹50 crore Pre-Series B round announced in August 2025, backed by Z47 and Lok Capital with participation from Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital. Seeds Fincap had previously raised more than $8.5 million in a Series A round led by Matrix Partners India, now Z47, and Lok Capital in July 2024.
