Shamrock AI, a Shillong, India-based enterprise artificial intelligence startup, has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. The investment marks the company’s first institutional funding round.
Shamrock AI was co-founded by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher, and Anuraag Nallapati. The company is headquartered in Shillong, Meghalaya, with additional offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco.
The startup develops an agentic AI assurance platform designed to help enterprises test, validate and manage complex business systems. Its technology focuses on improving the reliability of AI agents operating across enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments and other business-critical workflows.
The platform uses an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph to connect business processes, software systems, data and configurations. This provides AI agents with operational context to support automated testing, data validation and system integration checks.
Shamrock AI’s initial focus includes automating testing and validation during large-scale ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA migrations. The platform is designed to identify inconsistencies across enterprise systems and support the deployment of AI agents in operational environments.
The company reports serving multiple Fortune 500 enterprises, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company. Its technology is being used to support enterprise data validation and business process assurance.
Shamrock AI plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its technical workforce across India and the United States, and strengthen its enterprise go-to-market operations. The company also intends to establish a client-facing team in the US and expand its commercial presence in the Middle East.
