Dublin-based learning technology company LearnUpon has secured access to a $50 million non-dilutive growth financing facility from Claret Capital Partners, a London-based growth debt investment firm. Announced on October 13, 2026, the financing is being provided through Claret Capital Partners’ Fund IV.

Founded in 2012 by Brendan Noud and Des Anderson, LearnUpon develops cloud-based learning management software for businesses. Noud serves as CEO, while Anderson is the company’s CTO. Its platform enables organisations to create, deliver and manage training programmes for employees, customers, partners and association members.

LearnUpon has expanded its offering with an Agentic Learning Platform that integrates specialised AI agents into enterprise learning workflows. The platform is designed to automate administrative tasks, organise and curate learning content, identify skills gaps and deliver personalised training experiences across different audiences.

The company plans to use the financing to accelerate product development, expand its international presence and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities. The non-dilutive structure allows LearnUpon to access growth capital without issuing additional equity to the financing provider.

LearnUpon identifies Waymo, Wayve and World Rugby among the organisations using its learning solutions. The company is developing its AI-based learning capabilities to support corporate training, workforce development and customer education.

The financing follows LearnUpon’s previous $56 million minority growth equity investment from Summit Partners in October 2020. That investment supported the company’s expansion of its workforce, product development and international operations.
