Bizcap, an Australia-based fintech company providing financing to small and medium-sized businesses, has secured a US$175 million credit facility from an unnamed US institutional credit manager to support its expansion across the United States and Canada.

Announced on October 27, 2026, the facility will increase Bizcap’s financing capacity, enabling additional business funding originations and product development across North America. Brean Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor and sole placement agent for the transaction.

Founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2019 by Zalman Blachman and Abraham White, Bizcap provides alternative business financing solutions to SMEs that may face difficulties accessing funding through traditional financial institutions. Its services include business loans and flexible working capital facilities, supported by proprietary underwriting technology and data-driven credit assessments.

Bizcap operates across eight countries, including markets in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Europe. According to the company, it has provided more than $5 billion in financing to over 100,000 businesses worldwide.

The company is also investing in artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to improve credit decision-making, streamline operations and accelerate funding assessments.

Albert Gahfi, Chief Executive Officer of Bizcap, said the new facility would support the company’s North American operations while allowing further investment in its technology, products and workforce.
