AI infrastructure company Simplismart has secured $14 million in Series B funding led by Dallas Venture Capital. The investment will support platform development, cloud partnerships, and international expansion.

Simplismart, a San Francisco-headquartered AI inference infrastructure company, has raised $14 million in a Series B funding round led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC, and Micromax.

Dallas Venture Capital invested $5 million in the round, which was announced on October 27, 2026.

Founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak, Simplismart develops software that helps enterprises deploy, optimise, and manage AI models across different computing environments. Jain serves as CEO, while Ghatak is the company’s CTO.

The company’s platform combines a modular inference engine with an orchestration system that manages AI workloads across public clouds, private infrastructure, and on-premises environments. It allows businesses to configure model deployments according to performance, latency, cost, and computing requirements.

Simplismart also provides infrastructure software for cloud providers, enabling them to convert existing GPU capacity into managed AI services offered under their own brands. Rather than acquiring and reselling GPU computing capacity, the company focuses on the software used to operate and optimise that infrastructure.

The new funding will support further development of Simplismart’s inference engine and orchestration platform, expansion of its cloud-provider partnerships, and international growth, particularly in North America. The company also plans to develop scheduling capabilities that match AI workloads with available GPU resources across different regions.

Simplismart works with NVIDIA on AI infrastructure deployment and optimisation. Its technology also supports the serverless inference infrastructure behind Yotta’s Shakti Studio platform.

According to Simplismart, its annualised revenue run rate increased 14-fold over the six months preceding the announcement. The company identified HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna, and Ema among the businesses running production AI workloads on its platform.

Before the Series B, Simplismart raised $7 million in a Series A round led by Accel in October 2024. That financing included participation from Shastra VC, Titan Capital, and angel investors, including Notion co-founder Akshay Kothari.
