Singapore-based Golden Age Health has received a strategic investment from Kos Biotechnology Partners through its inaugural investment fund, Kos BioVentures. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Announced on October 26, 2026, the investment will also see Alex Tzoukas, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kos Biotechnology Partners, join Golden Age Health’s Board of Directors.

Founded in 2023 by Michel Vounatsos, Yossi Ben Amram, and Reda Rebib, Golden Age Health operates a specialty pharmaceutical commercialization platform focused on rare and specialty diseases. Vounatsos, a former CEO of Biogen, serves as Executive Chairman, while Ben Amram oversees strategy and operations.

The company works with pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses to introduce approved and near-approved medicines into markets across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the Gulf region.

Its services cover regulatory strategy, market access, patient identification, real-world evidence generation, distribution, and pharmaceutical commercialization. Golden Age Health has established commercialization partnerships involving rare disease treatments, including an agreement with Tenacia Biopharmaceuticals for ZTALMY in mainland China and a collaboration with Innostellar Biotherapeutics involving gene therapy for inherited retinal disorders.

Kos Biotechnology Partners is a life sciences investment firm operating from New York and Athens. Founded by Simos Simeonidis and Alex Tzoukas, the firm invests in therapeutics, biodefense, and technology-enabled pharmaceutical services.
