Nevis, a New York-based AI platform for wealth management, raised $70 million in a Series B funding round led by EQT Ventures. The round included new investors The Charles Schwab Corporation and QuantumLight, alongside existing backers Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit Capital, which increased their investments. The financing brought Nevis’s total funding to $110 million.
Founded in 2024 by Mark Swan, Philipp Burda and Ivan Chalov, Nevis develops AI-powered software that helps financial advisors and wealth management firms automate administrative and operational processes. Swan serves as CEO, Burda as Chief Product Officer and Chalov as Chief Operating Officer. The three co-founders previously worked at Revolut.
Nevis provides an integrated platform combining customer relationship management (CRM), meeting intelligence, financial planning and custodial workflows. Its AI agents support tasks such as preparing client meetings, generating financial proposals, managing follow-ups and opening investment accounts.
The platform is designed for registered investment advisors (RIAs) and wealth management firms seeking to reduce manual administrative work and improve advisor productivity.
According to the company, assets represented by firms using its platform increased from $50 billion to more than $700 billion during 2026. Nevis also reported that its AI agents had completed more than 100,000 operational tasks. Its customers include Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital and United Capital.
Nevis plans to use the new capital to develop additional AI agent capabilities, expand integrations across wealth management technology systems and strengthen its product development and go-to-market operations.
The Series B followed Nevis’s December 2025 announcement of $40 million in total funding, including a $35 million Series A backed by Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit Capital.
