The Los Angeles fashion marketplace plans to use the financing for logistics, additional AI tools and production as it expands its manufacturer-to-consumer platform.
Atorie, a Los Angeles-based fashion marketplace, has raised $9.5 million in Seed funding.
Investors named in reporting on the financing include a16z speedrun, Night Capital and Jeremy Liew, a Venture Partner at Lightspeed. A final lead investor and the financing structure were not publicly disclosed.
Founded in 2024 by Redouane Ramdani and Luis Angulo, Atorie operates an online marketplace for apparel, leather goods, footwear and accessories. Ramdani serves as CEO, while Angulo is Co-Founder and CTO.
The company says its model connects consumers with manufacturers that also produce for established luxury fashion companies. Atorie says products on its marketplace can use materials and manufacturing capabilities associated with luxury production while being sold without traditional brand and retail markups.
Artificial intelligence is used across parts of the company’s merchandising and commerce operations. According to Ramdani, Atorie uses AI to analyse fashion trends, test product colours, estimate consumer demand and identify potential shortages in materials. Its consumer-facing website also includes an AI-powered shopping function that can assemble outfit recommendations based on a user’s stated inspiration.
Atorie plans to use the new financing for logistics, additional AI development and production. The company also plans to introduce an in-house product line and work with creators and influencers on fashion collections.
The company told TechCrunch that it generated around $5 million in sales in 2025 and expects to reach an annualized run rate above $55 million during 2026. That figure is a company forecast rather than reported full-year revenue. Atorie also says it currently works with more than 40 factories worldwide.
