AlgoX2, a New York City-based data infrastructure startup, has raised $10 million in a seed extension led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Fin Capital. Alumni Ventures, Somersault Ventures, Octave, Motivate VC and AAL VC also participated in the round. The financing was announced on September 30, 2026.
Founded in 2024 by Alexei Lebedev, Vladimir Parizhsky and George Levin, AlgoX2 is building a data streaming operating system for real-time applications. Lebedev serves as CEO, Parizhsky as CTO and Levin as CBO.
The company’s platform combines data ingestion, ordering, fan-out, transformation and durable storage within a single fault-tolerant engine. AlgoX2 supports protocols including Kafka, NATS, Redis, HTTP and WebSocket, allowing applications using different protocols to operate on the same streaming layer.
AlgoX2 is targeting use cases that require continuous real-time data movement, including exchange and trading infrastructure, market data distribution, real-time data lakehouses and AI feature streaming and inference.
The company said the new capital will be used to hire forward-deployed engineers, move customer integrations into production, expand its product team, and develop AlgoX2 Cloud and an open-source version of the platform.
AlgoX2 previously raised a $3.5 million seed round led by Bessemer Venture Partners in 2025.
