Tallinn-based bilt.me has raised €615,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Superhero Capital, with participation from Bolt founder Markus Villig and Lightyear co-founder Martin Sokk. The financing was announced on September 28, 2026.
Founded in 2025 by Uku Joost Annus, Kevin Akkermann and Karl Kiilaspää, bilt.me develops an AI-powered platform for creating native mobile applications. Users can describe an app in natural language and use the platform to generate a React Native application, preview it on a mobile device and prepare it for distribution through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The platform also provides backend capabilities including authentication, databases, storage and payment integrations. bilt.me offers a free tier alongside paid plans for users building and operating applications.
Superhero Capital said thousands of users are building on the platform and that the startup’s revenue has been growing month over month. The company plans to use the new capital to support international expansion and further develop its app-building platform
