Namespace raised $42 million in Series B financing led by Scale Venture Partners. The developer infrastructure company plans to expand its product and data center capacity.

Developer infrastructure company Namespace has raised $42 million in a Series B round led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation from New Enterprise Associates (NEA), 20VC, Essence, Burst Capital, Susa Ventures and Datadog CEO Olivier Pomel. The financing brings the company’s reported total funding to $65 million.

Namespace provides development infrastructure for software engineering teams and AI coding agents. Its platform offers coding, build and test environments across Mac, Windows and Linux, including cloud development environments and infrastructure for continuous integration workloads.

The company operates its own infrastructure stack and is positioning the platform around the growing compute requirements created by software development and coding agents. Scale Venture Partners said Namespace brings development environments, builds and testing onto infrastructure designed to support both engineering teams and fleets of coding agents.

Namespace plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its data center infrastructure and continue hiring. The company has also been expanding infrastructure for Mac-based development alongside its Windows and Linux environments.

Namespace says its platform is used by more than 1,000 companies, with customers including Ramp, ElevenLabs, Sierra, Framer and Vanta. Founder and CEO Hugo Santos also said the company’s revenue grew eightfold over the preceding 12 months.
