Thyme Care, a Nashville-based oncology care company, has raised more than $125 million in Series E financing led by Morgan Health. Humana and CVS Health Ventures participated alongside AlleyCorp, HealthQuest Capital, Foresite Capital, Concord Health Partners, Frist Cressey Ventures, Town Hall Ventures and a16z Bio + Health. The financing valued Thyme Care at more than $2 billion.
Founded in 2020 by Robin Shah and Bobby Green, M.D., Thyme Care provides oncology care navigation and coordination through dedicated care teams and technology. The company works with patients, providers and health plans to support care between clinical visits and align care delivery with value-based payment models.
Thyme Care said its services are available to more than 10.5 million people across all 50 US states and that it manages more than $7 billion in oncology spending. The company also said it is profitable and generating positive free cash flow.
The new capital will support Thyme Care’s continued expansion and the establishment of Thyme Companies, a new parent entity intended to develop independent businesses addressing additional challenges across oncology. Areas under development include increasing adoption of lower-cost biosimilars and improving clinical trial enrollment. The first new business is expected to launch later in 2026.
Robin Shah will serve as executive chairman of Thyme Companies, while Brad Diephuis, M.D., leads Thyme Care as chief executive officer. Green remains president and chief medical officer.
The Series E follows Thyme Care’s $97 million Series D announced in September 2025. That round brought the company’s disclosed capital raised at the time to $275 million.
