Santé, a New York-based retail technology startup serving wine and spirits merchants, has raised $15 million in a Series A round led by FINTOP. Returning investors Bonfire Ventures, Operator Collective, Y Combinator and Veridical Ventures also participated in the financing.

Founded in 2023, Santé provides an operating system designed for wine and liquor retailers. Its platform combines point-of-sale, e-commerce, payments, inventory management, delivery app integrations and marketing tools, while using AI to automate workflows such as inventory receiving, ordering and product catalog management. Co-founder and CEO Darren Fike leads the company.

Santé said its platform now serves nearly 1,000 retailers processing $2 billion in annual gross merchandise value. The Series A follows a $7.6 million seed round announced in February 2026. The company plans to use the new capital to expand its team and continue developing its platform and AI-powered tools for retailers.
