Paris-based software company Wiremind has raised €35 million in its first external funding round, bringing in three investors: IronWave, formerly Wendel Growth, Bpifrance Investissement through its Large Venture fund, and Seaya Andromeda.
The investment marks the company’s first outside financing since its establishment in 2014. Co-founders Colin Girault-Matz, CEO, and Charles Pierre, CTO, remain majority shareholders and retain control of the business.
Wiremind develops software for revenue management, inventory control, distribution and capacity optimisation. Its solutions serve passenger transport operators, air cargo businesses, sports organisations and event organisers.
The company’s products include CAYZN, a revenue management platform used by transport operators; PAXONE, an inventory and distribution system; and EVENTORI, a ticketing platform for sports clubs and event organisers. Wiremind uses machine learning models and optimisation algorithms to support pricing decisions, demand forecasting and commercial operations.
Founded in 2014, Wiremind operated without external investment for approximately 12 years. The company reported revenue growth of 67% in 2025, adding 23 clients during the year and bringing its customer base to more than 80 organisations.
Its CAYZN platform is used by more than 20 transport operators, including Eurostar, SNCF, Trenitalia, National Express and Transavia. PAXONE was also selected for France’s national Intercités ticketing system.
Wiremind plans to use the new capital to accelerate international expansion, particularly in South America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, building on its operations across Europe and North America.
The company also intends to expand investment in research and development, including machine learning and artificial intelligence. This includes incorporating large language models into its pricing recommendation systems and software interfaces to improve functionality and usability.
