Zenzap, an Israeli startup developing an AI-powered workplace communication platform, has announced $44 million in total funding across its seed and Series A rounds. The financing includes an $11 million seed round raised in 2022 and a $33 million Series A round that closed in August 2025. The funding was publicly announced in October 2026.

The Series A was co-led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from The Garage. Other investors backing the company include Wix President Nir Zohar and former EY executive Yoram Tietz.

Founded in 2022 by Guy Weiss, Jonatan Bien and Noam Neumann, Zenzap provides a mobile-first workplace messaging platform designed to bring employee communication, task coordination and AI-powered automation into a shared business environment. Weiss serves as CEO, Bien as CTO and Neumann as COO.

The platform combines team messaging, voice communication, organizational search and task management with AI agents that can participate in workplace conversations and execute tasks across connected business applications.

Zenzap’s collaborative AI agents allow employees to retrieve information, update business records, coordinate activities and automate routine processes through shared conversations. Teams can create agents without coding and interact with them using text or voice messages.

The system includes administrative controls governing agent access, permissions and actions requiring human approval, allowing organizations to manage workflows and company information within their communication environment.

According to Zenzap, more than 10,000 teams use its platform. The company serves businesses across industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail, construction and professional services.

Zenzap plans to use the funding to expand its product development and sales teams, strengthen its collaborative AI capabilities and support expansion into international markets.
