Los Angeles-based beauty brand POV Beauty has closed a Series A funding round led by Silas Capital, with participation from RÉDO Capital and existing investor Imaginary Ventures. The company announced the financing on October 19, 2026. While its official announcement did not disclose the investment amount, Beauty Independent and Cosmetics Business reported that the round totaled $15 million.
Founded in 2025 by beauty content creator Mikayla Nogueira and beauty industry executive Ani Hadjinian, who serves as CEO, POV Beauty develops skincare and makeup preparation products designed to hydrate, smooth and prime the skin before cosmetic application.
The company’s portfolio includes Drench It priming milk, Glaze It gripping primer, Whip It skin barrier cream and Drip It face serum. Its product range also includes Chill It, Snatch It and Amp It. POV Beauty sells its products through its direct-to-consumer website, TikTok Shop and Sephora.
The funding follows POV Beauty’s expansion into Sephora stores across the United States and the retailer’s online platform in 2026. The company plans to use the investment to support its retail operations at Sephora, expand its team, strengthen its TikTok Shop presence and develop additional products combining skincare and makeup functions.
Imaginary Ventures previously backed POV Beauty before its 2025 launch and returned as an investor in the Series A round. The latest financing brings Silas Capital and RÉDO Capital into the company’s investor group as it expands its retail and e-commerce activities.
