San Francisco Bay Area-based enterprise AI company AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in Series A funding led by NTTVC. The round also included participation from George Still Jr., Partner Emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners; Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ServiceNow; and Giacomo Sonnino, Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners.

Co-founded by Arvinder Pal Singh, Amaresh Tripathy and Kabir Singh, AuxoAI helps large enterprises design, develop and deploy AI systems across their business operations. The company combines AI strategy, engineering and operational expertise to integrate artificial intelligence into enterprise workflows.

AuxoAI operates through a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) model, in which teams of AI strategists and engineers work directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes, identify opportunities for AI adoption and implement production-ready systems.

The company also develops Damia, its proprietary forward-deployed engineering workbench. Damia incorporates knowledge from enterprise AI implementations to support the development and deployment of AI systems.

AuxoAI said its forward-deployed engineering teams have worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, telecommunications and other industries.

The company plans to use the Series A capital to expand its global forward-deployed teams, invest in proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities, and strengthen its geographic presence and strategic partnerships.

AuxoAI works with large enterprises seeking to incorporate AI into existing operations, combining consulting and engineering services with proprietary technology to support AI adoption and deployment.
