Ahron has secured €2.2 million in seed funding led by Cusp Capital, with participation from Superangels and HR-sector business angels.

Munich-based HR tech startup Ahron has raised €2.2 million in a seed funding round led by Cusp Capital. Superangels and a group of business angels from the HR sector also participated, including Sabine Kohleisen, former Board Member for HR at Mercedes-Benz Group.

Founded in 2025 by Carl Hoffmann and Rado Pavlov, Ahron develops an enterprise HR platform that uses AI agents to execute workflows across companies’ existing HR software environments. The startup operates as an execution layer above systems such as HRIS, applicant tracking and payroll platforms rather than replacing those systems.

Ahron’s platform uses process intelligence to provide AI agents with the context needed to coordinate HR workflows across multiple systems. The company is also developing a central control layer designed to apply shared policies and guardrails as agents execute processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll operations and other employee lifecycle workflows.

The company plans to use the new capital to further develop the platform, particularly its central control layer, and support international expansion.

Ahron said it has crossed €1 million in annual recurring revenue and is working with customers in Europe and the US. Its platform uses Celonis Process Intelligence to provide process context for its AI agents.
