New York-based legal technology startup Chariot Claims announced a $10 million Series A funding round on October 15, 2026, led by Silverton Partners. The round also included participation from Indicator Ventures, Lightbank, Neon Fund, ZVC, Rosecliff Venture Partners, Alumni Ventures, FJ Labs, Graph Ventures, Vermilion Ventures and angel investors.
Founded in 2023 and led by founder and CEO Zim Hang, Chariot Claims develops an AI-powered platform that helps consumers pursue claims against companies over alleged privacy violations, undisclosed fees, misleading subscription practices and other consumer protection issues.
The company originally operated as ClaimClam before rebranding as Chariot Claims in 2025 and expanding its focus to mass actions and arbitration.
Its platform uses artificial intelligence to identify patterns of potential corporate misconduct, assess consumer eligibility and coordinate claim submissions. Consumers are connected with partner law firms that handle the legal proceedings, while Chariot provides technology and administrative support throughout the process.
The platform focuses particularly on mass arbitration, which allows large numbers of consumers to pursue coordinated individual claims rather than joining a single class-action lawsuit.
According to the company, Chariot Claims processes more than 200,000 pre-qualified consumer claim submissions each month. It has handled approximately 80 cases since shifting towards its mass-action model.
The new funding will support further development of Chariot’s AI capabilities, including technology for evaluating and processing consumer claims. The company also plans to expand its coverage of data privacy disputes involving children’s information, financial records and sensitive healthcare data.
Additional investment will go towards expanding product operations and strengthening the company’s ability to respond to legal challenges from corporations involved in its supported cases.
Before its Series A, Chariot Claims announced a $3.6 million seed funding round in July 2025 led by Indicator Ventures, with participation from Lightbank, Neon Ventures, Alumni Ventures, FJ Labs, Graph Ventures, Rosecliff Ventures, Chapter F and ZVC.
