Bengaluru-based healthcare startup Even Healthcare has raised $50 million in a Series B funding round led by existing investor Khosla Ventures, with participation from Alpha Wave. The all-equity financing brings the company’s total funding to more than $120 million.
Founded in 2020 by Mayank Banerjee, Matilde Giglio and Alessandro Ialongo, Even Healthcare operates an integrated managed care platform combining preventive healthcare, doctor consultations, diagnostics, chronic disease management and hospital treatment.
The company provides healthcare services through its own hospitals, clinics and insurance partnerships. Its membership-based model is designed to support patients throughout their treatment journey, from initial consultations and preventive care to hospitalisation and post-discharge recovery.
Even Healthcare plans to use the new capital to open five additional hospitals across Bengaluru over the next six months, beginning with Indiranagar. The company currently operates two hospitals in the city and intends to extend its hospital network to other major Indian cities.
Unlike conventional fee-for-service hospital models, Even Healthcare links physician incentives to patient outcomes rather than the number of procedures performed. The company also uses AI-enabled clinical systems to review patient cases against medical protocols and support clinical decision-making.
According to the company, unplanned hospital readmissions remained below 1% during its first full year of managed care programmes with insurance partners. It also reported shorter average hospital stays and said both existing hospitals had achieved operational profitability.
Even Healthcare serves more than 250,000 members across 10 Indian cities. The company said its membership has tripled over the past year.
The Series B follows a $20 million financing round announced in January 2026, backed by investors including Alpha Wave and Lachy Groom. Khosla Ventures has supported Even Healthcare since its $5 million seed round in 2021.
