EZ Bombs, an Orlando, Florida-based food company specialising in ready-to-use Mexican seasoning products, has raised $25 million in a Series A funding round led by CAVU Consumer Partners. The investment will support the company’s retail expansion, manufacturing capacity, product development and executive hiring plans.
Founded in late 2023 by Brandon Castaneda, Tina Castaneda and Nichole Munoz, EZ Bombs develops shelf-stable seasoning products designed to simplify the preparation of traditional Mexican and Hispanic dishes. Brandon Castaneda serves as the company’s CEO.
The company’s products combine chiles, spices and aromatics into pre-portioned seasoning bombs that dissolve during cooking. Its range includes seasonings for birria, pozole, tinga, chicken chipotle and chile colorado, allowing consumers to prepare dishes without separately measuring and processing multiple seasoning ingredients.
EZ Bombs initially developed its business through TikTok Shop and Amazon before expanding into physical retail. According to the company, its distribution grew from no retail locations at the beginning of 2025 to more than 8,000 locations across the United States by October 2026.
Its products are available through retailers including Walmart, Target, Costco, Kroger, Albertsons and Publix, alongside online sales channels.
As part of the investment, Brandon Neumann, Principal at CAVU Consumer Partners, will join EZ Bombs’ board of directors. The funding will be directed towards increasing production capabilities, extending the company’s retail presence, developing additional products and expanding its leadership team.
