Stockholm-based proptech startup Vessla has raised $3.3 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Seedcamp, with participation from Inception Fund, Tiny VC, technology operators from OpenAI and Lovable, and angel investors including Lukas Saari, founder of Tandem Health, and Fredrik Hjelm, co-founder of Voi. The company announced the funding as it emerged from stealth in October 2026.
Founded in 2026 by Orman Gazvini, Kasper Janehag and Arash Dabiri, Vessla develops an AI-powered operating platform for residential and commercial real estate owners and property managers. Gazvini serves as CEO, Janehag as CTO, and Dabiri as Chief Scientist.
Vessla’s platform connects existing property management software, business applications and operational data through a shared AI layer. Its AI agents are designed to retrieve information, follow organisation-specific operating rules and execute tasks across connected systems, while employees retain responsibility for decisions requiring human judgment or approval.
The technology is intended to support workflows involving maintenance requests, supplier coordination, invoices, leasing and other property management activities. By working with existing software infrastructure, Vessla aims to reduce manual data transfers and administrative work across property portfolios.
The company plans to use the funding to advance its AI operating platform, expand its engineering team, strengthen integrations with existing real estate software and develop safeguards for autonomous workflow execution.
Vessla said it was already working with major commercial and residential property owners and operators in the Nordic region when it announced its funding. The company is developing its platform to support a broader range of operational activities across real estate portfolios.
