Zippy, a Dallas, Texas-based fintech company specializing in manufactured housing finance, has raised $20 million in a Series C funding round from Saluda Grade, an alternative investment firm focused on asset-backed credit.
Announced on October 14, 2026, the investment was made exclusively by Saluda Grade through its growth equity strategy. The transaction also establishes a strategic partnership under which Saluda Grade will support Zippy in credit, capital markets, balance sheet management and product development.
Founded in 2021 by Ben Halliday and Jordan Bucy, Zippy provides digital lending and loan servicing solutions for manufactured homes. Halliday serves as Co-Founder and CEO, while Bucy is Co-Founder and President. Both founders previously worked at JPMorgan before establishing the company.
Zippy operates a proprietary lending platform supporting the loan lifecycle, including digital applications, underwriting, credit decisioning, loan documentation, closing and servicing. The company works with manufactured housing communities, retailers, dealers and wholesale partners to facilitate financing for homebuyers.
The new funding will support Zippy’s expansion beyond the 27 US states in which it currently operates. The company also plans to introduce additional loan products across community, retail and wholesale distribution channels while expanding its technology infrastructure and balance sheet capacity.
Separately, Zippy reported securing more than $600 million in capital commitments during 2026 to support its lending operations. This figure is distinct from the newly announced Series C investment.
