PaleBlueDot AI has completed a $200 million Series C financing round led by ComputeCore, valuing the Palo Alto-based AI infrastructure company at $3.2 billion. Existing shareholder B Capital also participated alongside other investors that were not named.

Founded in 2024 by Jonathan Zhu and Sheldon Huang, PaleBlueDot AI develops infrastructure for AI computing. The company is currently led by CEO Stephen Watts. Its platform combines dedicated GPU clusters, a marketplace connecting customers with compute capacity from supply partners, and serverless inference services for developers and enterprises.

PaleBlueDot AI said the Series C capital will be used to expand its compute capacity, including additional hardware and deployment locations. The company operates clusters across multiple regions and serves customers running large-scale and specialised AI workloads.

The company also said it had signed more than $5 billion in customer contracts by the end of September 2026. Customers in the US and Japan together accounted for more than half of its monthly revenue, according to the company.

The financing follows a $150 million Series B announced in January 2026, which was led by B Capital and valued PaleBlueDot AI at more than $1 billion.
