Zaria Systems has secured $5.2 million in seed funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The fintech company plans to expand its loan servicing and collateral management platform while pursuing a national trust bank charter.

Zaria Systems, a US-based fintech company developing infrastructure for structured finance and digital asset-backed lending, has raised $5.2 million in seed funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Other disclosed backers include Refract Ventures and Epoch VC.

Founded in 2025 by Emily Barron and Keith Dallara, Zaria provides loan servicing, backup servicing, collateral management, and agency services to banks, lenders, asset managers, and structured finance market participants. Barron serves as CEO, while Dallara is the company’s co-founder and CTO.

Zaria’s platform enables continuous collateral monitoring, automated margin calls, and loan administration across traditional and digital asset-backed credit markets. Its infrastructure supports warehouse financing facilities, forward-flow loan sale programmes, and securitizations.

The company provides services to market participants including Ledn, Maple, Galaxy, Kraken, and Figure. Zaria also served as backup servicer for Ledn’s $188 million securitization of Bitcoin-backed consumer loans in February 2026.

The funding will support team expansion, technology development, and the scaling of Zaria’s existing servicing and collateral management operations.

The investment also supports the company’s application to the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to charter Zaria National Trust Bank, a proposed special-purpose national trust bank.

If approved, the charter would allow Zaria to consolidate its servicing, collateral management, and agency capabilities under a federally regulated trustee structure. The application remains subject to regulatory approval.
