Daytona, a San Francisco-based AI infrastructure startup, has raised $60 million in a Series B funding round led by FirstMark Growth. The investment values the company at $1 billion and brings its total funding to $91 million.

The round included strategic investments from Qualcomm Ventures, Samsung Next and Okta Ventures. Other participating investors included Alumni Ventures, Evergreen Fund, Torch Capital, E2VC, Upfront Ventures and Pace Capital.

Individual investors included Patrick Collison of Stripe, Tobi Lütke of Shopify, Aravind Srinivas of Perplexity, Eric Yuan of Zoom, Olivier Pomel of Datadog, Adam D’Angelo of Quora and Brendan Foody of Mercor.

Founded in 2023 by Ivan Burazin, Vedran Jukić and Goran Draganić, Daytona develops cloud infrastructure designed for AI agents. Burazin serves as CEO, Jukić as CTO and Draganić as Chief Architect.

Daytona’s platform provides isolated computing environments, known as sandboxes, in which AI agents can execute code, access tools, browse the web and perform automated tasks. These environments can be created on demand, paused while preserving their state, and duplicated to support parallel workloads.

The platform supports Linux, Windows and macOS environments, alongside GPU-enabled workloads. Its infrastructure is designed for developers, AI laboratories and enterprises deploying agents for software development, testing and other computational tasks.

Daytona is expanding beyond its initial sandbox product toward a broader agent cloud that combines computing environments, browsers and storage. The company is also recruiting across engineering, go-to-market and operational functions as it develops the platform.

The latest financing follows Daytona’s $24 million Series A in February 2026, which was led by FirstMark Capital. The company previously focused on managing cloud development environments before shifting its business toward infrastructure for AI agents.

Daytona identifies Writer, Clay, n8n, Postman and Bolt.new among the companies using its infrastructure. Its platform supports workloads ranging from code execution and computer interaction to AI training and evaluation.
